• The current charge of the battery is displayed on a bar chart on the lower portion of the

screen. The following statuses are defined:

o Battery is loading

The navigation device is connected to an external power source via USB: The bar chart

shows that the internal battery is currently being charged.

o Energy remaining

The navigation device is not connected to an external power source and is being operated

by battery: The remaining battery capacity is shown as a percentage.

o External power supply

The navigation device is connected to an external power source via USB: The internal bat-

tery is being charged.

Auto OFF function

In this sub-menu you determine how the device reacts when the power supply plug is pulled out

while charging or while the device is in operation.

• Deactivate Auto OFF

If you tap the option Deactivate Auto OFF in the list, Auto Off mode is not executed: The device

remains switched on regardless of the status of the power supply until the internal voltage has

been exhausted. In this case, the settings you set in Power Management (see previous page) are

valid.

• 1 Minute

When you tap the option 1 Minute in the list, the device is automatically switched off 1 minute af-

ter the plug has been pulled out.

• 2 Minutes

When you tap the option 2 Minutes in the list, the device is automatically switched off 2 minutes

after the plug has been pulled out.

• 5 Minutes

When you tap the option 5 Minutes in the list, the device is automatically switched off 5 minutes

after the plug has been pulled out.

If you did not select Deactivate Auto OFF, your navigation device displays the following screen af-

ter the power supply plug has been pulled out.
